Alecia Pazant Hall is a strategic business development and federal growth advisor with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through the complexities of the federal marketplace. Her career spans federal agencies, prime contractors, and mission-driven organizations, giving her a rare, insider-level understanding of how teaming decisions are made, how subcontracting performance is evaluated, and what truly strengthens a contractor’s federal posture.
As a former Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) inside major federal prime contractors, Alecia brings a perspective that small and midsize businesses cannot access through SBA or GSA programs. She has spent two decades evaluating small business capabilities, shaping teaming strategies, reducing risk signals, and helping organizations position themselves as credible, competitive partners.
Today, she leads Pazant Consulting Services — a boutique advisory firm dedicated to helping capable businesses gain clarity, strengthen their BD maturity, and compete with confidence in the federal space. Alecia holds an M.A. in Congressional Studies & Public Policy from The Catholic University of America, a B.S. in Communications from James Madison University, and an Executive Certificate in AI for Business Strategy from MIT.
